Mr. Andy Chikando Kaonga is the Managing Partner and one of the founding partners. He obtained his law degree in April 2008. In October 2008, he was admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in the courts of Malawi. He has enormous experience in litigation, drafting, legislative review, commercial and international trade law, and criminal prosecution. He has also taught Business and corporate law at various colleges in Malawi. He has reviewed various Bills on behalf of the Malawi Parliament. He has developed particular interest in criminal prosecution and is the current lead prosecutor in Wildlife offences in Malawi. In 2016 he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the East and Southern Africa Management Institute. In the same year, he also obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Legislative Drafting from University of Pretoria. He is an active member of the Malawi Law Society.
