1. Consultancy and Advisory Services

The Firm provides consulting or advisory services on commercial transactions (business contracts, bankruptcy, sale of goods, banking); international trade; corporate governance; legal and regulatory requirements for businesses and organizations; taxation; compliance; company administration; structured financing; project financing; syndicated loan financing; transfer pricing; wills and trusts; competition; consumer law; and drafting and review of Bills and Amendments to Acts of Parliament

2. Corporate Law

The Firm provides corporate law services including setting up or incorporating business entities; due diligence;corporate secretarial services; comliance matters; drafting and reviewing legal documents such as shareholder agreements, share certificates and constitutions of corporate clients; and assisting and advising clients in mergers, acquisitions and insolvency proceedings.

3. Conveyancing

The Firm provides conveyancing services including transfer of land or leases, drafting or reviewing agreements of land, registration of charges and securities.

4. Intellectual Property

The Firm provides advice to its clients on registration of designs, trademarks and copyright. It also assists its clients to register trademarks, copyright and designs.

5. Litigation in civil matters

The lawyers are admitted to practice civil litigation in all courts of Malawi. The lawyers represent clients in civil litigation on different aspects of the law. Civil matters which the Firm handles include commercial and trade disputes, labour matters, personal injury claims, insurance claims, claims associated with construction or maintenance of roads, debt collection, administrative law, public procurement, and any other legal dispute.

6. Litigation in criminal matters

The lawyers are admitted to practice in criminal litigation in all courts of Malawi. They represent clients in all criminal matters as defence lawyers or as private prosecutors with consent from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
