Lawrence John Kapinda Bio
Mr Lawrence John Kapinda is a junior partner. He obtained his law degree in October 2014. In April 2015, he was admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in all courts in Malawi. His practice has spanned the following areas of the law: international finance law, corporate compliance and administration, corporate governance, labour law, taxation, financial services, banking and debt financing, international trade, and commercial transactions generally. He has assisted in review of various Bills on behalf of the Malawi Parliament. He once worked in one of the leading International Non-Governmental Organizations, namely, World Vision International, as its legal and governance advisor at its Malawi branch. He is an active member of the Malawi Law Society.
